Retrieves a list of shipping rates with pagination.

Defaults to 50

Number of records to retrieve (default: 50, max: 100).

Defaults to 0

Number of records to skip.

Comma-separated list of fields to include in the response.

Comma-separated list of related resources to embed in the response. Available values: country, states, postcodes.
